Greetings BVFDRS! I missed your contribution canvass a few nights ago. The guy came after dark, my dogs were going crazy, so we didn't know who it was so we didn't open the door. I got a glimpse of his BVFDRS hoodie as he walked away. The check is in the mail! Thanks for all you do for our neighborhood.
I use to live there near by there when I was a child. My parents still do, on Brandywine rd in Hughesville. I always wanted to be a member there. I moved to pennsylvania and became a member at station 23 in Houtzdale PA. I am glade there is two great stations nearby my parents if they ever need anything. Your site looks great. Keep up the great work and stay safe. Maybe if I come to visit my parents I could come by and visit the station. I dont know your policy for that.

What can I say about the BEST Volunteer Fire Department? My family can not thank you enough for your service to our community. We appreciate all that you do. This time of year we are so looking forward to SANTA's arrival. Thank you for putting a smile on so many neighborhood children's faces. His arrival of Santa on your Fire Truck is something that my children loved and now my grandchildren love. Happy Holiday's and prayers for a Safe New Year.

Hi there, I think it was your truck that helped us out yesterday when the Benedict Bridge got stuck and we were working aboard the RV Kerhin up river. Thanks for helping us get back down the river. I had heard that this happens but in my 20+ years sampling the Patuxent River aboard research vessels this was a first for me. How often is this needed?

This is an outstanding station. One day I wish I could be apart of a station so great. Your members are so helpful and nice. Just one concern I've heard that ya'll are considering getting rid of Engine 53, I think this is a big mistake just my thought please consider keeping it.... GOD BLESS
