97.7 The Rocket Visits Benedict Volunteers for Fire House Friday

On October 28th, from 0700 to 1000, 97.7 The Rocket hosted Firehouse Friday at Benedict Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad. Ripley from 97.7 was the host DJ for the morning. Ripley and the members discussed current department projects, the auxiliary, fundrasers, operations and recruitment. After the show, members gave Ripley a ride in Tanker 5. The Benedict Volunteers would like to thank Ripley and 97.7 The Rocket for coming down and spending the morning with the department and promoting volunteerism.
