Ambulance Runs Stabbing in P.G.

On April 14, Ambulance 58 (A58) was dispatched to P.G. County for the stabbing. A58(EMS Lt. Griffin) responded with two. While enroute, A58 was advised that there were now two scenes and both scenes were secure. A58 arrived on scene at Poplar Ridge Road and began triaging and treating six people with assistance from Engine 22. Due to the number of patients, a second BLS unit was requested. One patient was flown out due to severe injury, one was treated and transported by Medic 845 and A58 transported two patients to Southern Maryland Hospital with serious but non life threating injurys.
