October 16, 2015 - At 1722 hours, Company 5 was alerted for the ambulance to Calvert for a personal injury accident. Ambulance 58 responded to Hallowing Point Rd and Adelina Rd. Units arrived to find a two vehicle accident with one on its side. No entrapment was found. Ambulance 58 arrived on scene and assigned to check out two patients. 58 obtained two signed refusals and Calvert Ambulance 37 transported one to CMH for a check-up. Units operated for 20 minutes.
