Tanker participates in Maryland State water supply Drill

On September 26, 2009 Tanker 5 under command of F/F Griffin III attended the Fall MSFA Rural Water Supply drill hosted by the Laytonsville VFD in Montgomery County. While participating in the drill Tanker 5 did numerous water shuttles to help maintain a constant flow of 500 GPM, 750 GPM, and finally 1250 GPM. Many compliments where given about Tanker 5 and its crew. We appreciate being invited and learned a lot in this drill to use in our own water supply operations.
