Rescue Engine Promotes Fire Prevention

On October 23, 2009, Rescue Engine 5-2 went to Creative Kid's Daycare to promote fire prevention. While there, Firefighter Griffin dressed up in his running gear to show the children the friendly monster. After that the firefighters went over Stop, Drop and Roll and the importance of a meeting place outside of the home in case of an emergency. The children also were told that if they find a lighter or matches to give them to their parents and not to play with them.
