Congratulations to Firefighter Devin Arocho, his wife Tara, and daughter Layla on the newest addition to their family, Scarlett Olivia Arocho. Baby Scarlett was born on August 1st at 9:16 PM, weighing 6 pounds and was 18 inches long. Mommy and Baby are doing well
