On October 20 at 0103 Charles County Communication dispatched Hughesville, La Plata, and Benedict mutual aide to St. Mary's County for the working trailer fire on Lockes Crossing Rd. Engine 5-3's crew arrived on location and supplied water to Hughesville Engine 2-3. While Engine 5-3 crew assisted with salvage and over haul. Once command reported the fire was out; command held Mechanicsville and Engine 5-3. Engine 5-3's crew assisted with removing the remainder of the roof from the trailer to assist the State Fire Marshall with his investigation.
